This foam works well for pain relief ... very similar to the cream ... did not disappoint. I relceived this with a bundle for the anniversary and was very happy as I use this cream to help me sleep and when I am working or walking. I have had Three knee replacements in 2.5 years and Kalaya has been wonderful to use.
