I am a very active 76 year old woman. I have been taking this for about a month. I started with 1 capsule a day but after 2 weeks I took 2 a day. My aches and sore muscles are almost gone. I highly recommend this product.
since I have been taking these pills I no longer have pain in the fingers and thumb and this works better than any pain killer I have taken in the past.
