Order Processing and Handling Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.
All transactions on our site are processed in CAD ($).
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
Will the Canada Post strike affect my KaLaya order?
Not to worry! Most of our orders are delivered through UPS and GLS, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
What if my order is shipped via Canada Post?
Only remote postal codes where these carriers cannot reach will be shipped through Canada Post, or if specifically requested by you.
What happens if Canada Post delays affect my order?
If your order is shipped via Canada Post, we'll monitor it closely and keep you updated. Our team is always here to assist if you have concerns about delivery times.
How much does shipping cost?
With orders of CAD $60.00 or more (excluding tax), free shipping is available. Under CAD $60 Order We charge CAD$ 11.99 This includes handling and is available to customers in Canada only. With flat rate shipping, your parcel will arrive approximately within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) in Ontario and 7 -10 business days (Mon-Fri) in the rest of Canada. Shipments are sent via UPS and Canada Post.
Pick Up
Customers are able to pick up their goods at our head office in Cambridge for free. Select the 'Pick Up' option at check out and your order should be ready for pickup within a few days. Once ready you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

When will I receive my order?
With flat rate shipping, your parcel will arrive approximately within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) in Ontario and 7 -10 business days (Mon-Fri) in the rest of Canada. Shipments are sent via UPS and Canada Post.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package! Use this number to track your shipment online or reply to any of your order update emails. Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you track your order!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, we currently only ship within Canada. For our U.S. customers, you can purchase KaLaya items on www.kalayahealth.com or Amazon via our online store.
Orders will still be processed, and pick-ups will still be available most days, but please be patience as this may take longer than usual.
If you have placed an order for pickup, please wait until you receive an email that your order is ready before coming in the storefront.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Avaria Health & Beauty Corp. stands behind a satisfaction guarantee & 30 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with a purchase. Message us through our Contact Page, or email customerservice@avariahb.com and let us know which products you would like to return, and why. An Avaria HB Team Member will get in touch to confirm the return, and then a refund will be issued on the products returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Avaria Health & Beauty Corp. Simply dial into our helpful Customer Service Desk at 1.855.830.4961, and an Avaria HB Team Member will be happy to assist you directly and facilitate the return.
We will do our best to accommodate you; however, there are just a couple of conditions that must be met for the return and subsequent refund to be issued:
- Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable on the product page are not within our return guidelines.
- Clearance-priced products
We also cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Clearance-priced products
- Surprise Box
- Expired products
- Subscribed products
How do I return an item?

An Avaria HB Team Member will get in touch to confirm the return, and then a refund will be issued on the products returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Avaria Health & Beauty Corp. Simply dial into our helpful Customer Service Desk at 1.855.830.4961, and an Avaria HB Team Member will be happy to assist you directly and facilitate the return. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days (Mon-Fri) for the refund.
