Subscription Policy

Terms & Conditions for Subscription Services 

 

Payment Terms: By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring quarterly Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

  • AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Kalaya will automatically process your Subscription fee. Kalaya will continue to automatically process your Subscription fee every 90 days at the then-current Subscription rate, until you cancel your Subscription. We explain how to cancel your Subscription below at the Section “Cancellation Policy”. 
  • DECLINED PAYMENT TERMS: If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to use the Services. You authorize us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due to us against any credit card you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies. 

 

Processing Policy: Your initial Subscription purchase will charge to your card (Debit or Credit card only) immediately, with renewals charged each 90 days thereafter. Subscription packages ship out within 1-2 days following payment. A tracking number will be provided once the package is prepared to leave our warehouse. 

 

Cancellation Policy: By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to a minimum of 2 package shipments (180 days). To cancel your Subscription after the agreed upon 180-day period, visit your account’s Subscription page. Cancellations must be executed prior to your next renewal processing date. Once your Subscription renewal is processed, the Subscription package cannot be cancelled and will be shipped out. You will not be eligible for a refund for Subscription fees paid prior to cancellation. 

 

No Returns: You may not return any Subscription package you receive. If you have concerns about the Subscription package you have received or any of the products in it, please email us at customerservice@avariahb.com or using the Contact Us page. We will work with you to address your concerns.
